How do I register a site?
Registrations for Clean Up Australia Day 2009 are now open.
If you would like to register a site for your own Clean Up Day outside of the National Campaign Day dates then please visit http://events.cleanup.org.au/ for details on how to do this. We can then send you a Clean Up Day Kit to assist with your Clean Up.
Alternatively, you can ask to be put on the notification list for when registrations open for the National Campaign Day via email: cjohnson@cleanup.com.au
What Happens Next?
The person who registers a site will be known as the Site Coordinator. It will be their responsibility to choose a local Clean Up site, round up volunteers, promote the event and report their findings back to Clean Up Australia.
What resources are in the Clean Up Day kit?
Each Site Coordinator is sent a kit to help in the preparation and organisation of their Clean Up site. The Clean Up kit contains bags, gloves, an optional sharps container and a paper kit. The paper kit has a site coordinator bib, a site guide, posters, health and safety information, an accident and incident form, certificates, a rubbish survey form, registration forms and a reply paid envelope in.
